The Secretariat of the Pohang International Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Forum 2026 (the "Forum") establishes and discloses the following privacy notice pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. 1. Purpose of processing The Forum processes personal data to confirm participation in the event it hosts/organizes, to identify participants, to provide services and contents, and to handle inquiries and complaints. The data will not be used for any other purpose; if the purpose changes, separate consent will be obtained. 2. Retention period Participant registration data is retained until a deletion request is made. Where an investigation under relevant laws is in progress, or where claims or obligations remain, the data is retained until such matters are concluded. 3. Outsourcing - Processor : M&C Communications Co., Ltd. - Scope : Operation of the event registration system and services, guidance e-mails, SMS and SNS message delivery The Forum stipulates in the contract the prohibition of processing beyond the purpose, technical and managerial safeguards, restriction on re-outsourcing, supervision, and liability for damages. 4. Rights of data subjects Data subjects may at any time request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal data by writing, telephone, e-mail or fax. The Forum will act on such requests without delay. Requests may be made through a legal representative or an authorized agent. 5. IP address, cookies, MAC address and access logs may be generated automatically while using the website. 6. Destruction When personal data becomes unnecessary, the Forum destroys it without delay. Electronic files are destroyed by irreversible technical means, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated. 7.
